Arley Horse Trials 2008

Arley Horse Trials will be held on the 17th-18th May 2008 at the Arley Estate, Cheshire. It will include Novice, Pre-Novice with Pre-Novice-Plus (Saturday only) as well as Intermediate Novice (Show Jumping & dressage) with the Pre-Novice Regional Finals. Over 400 horses and riders are expected to compete.

The Horse Trials will run alongside the Arley Country Fair. The Country Fair has a wide range of rural pursuits both to watch and try. As well as shire horses, Cheshire Forest Hunt and falconry displays there will also be 'HAVE A GO' entertainment including clay shooting, crossbow, fishing casting and dog scurries throughout the weekend.

In addition there will be a competitive jousting tournament by The Knights Of Middle England, a medieval jousting team based in Warwickshire.
