Toytown back on form

Zara Phillips' horse Toytown suffered a fall at Badminton last May which has since prevented him competing however he has now been signed off with a clean bill of health.

Phillips was happy that the horse had recovered well as the animal has been blighted by injury which had prevented the 16-year-old horse from competing in the last two Olympic games in 2004 and 2008, however Phillips is looking toward the future and fingers crossed the pair will be in fighting form for the GB Olympic team in London 2012.

The pair have previously won the World Championship in 2006 and the European Title in 2005 and most recently the duo achieved second place in the Open Intermediate Class at Somerley Park and at Powderham Castle in April suggesting that lady luck may be turning in their favour.

The pair head on to Highclere Castle on Bank Holiday Monday to give a proper attempt at competing and to test their new good fortune.

Insure My Horse provides equine insurance for horse owners across the country providing horse insurance quotes that combine different levels of standard cover and additional horsebox insurance clauses to ensure cheap horse insurance premiums.
